Some people are acutely aware of their anger, others only become aware of their anger as it has caused problems in their relationships. We can all it frustration, irritation, aggravation or rage. We can justify it and rationalize it. We can be angry or we can be happy but we can be happy, angry people.
Few people understand that the roots
of anger are generally in hurt, fear, shame and guilt. Counseling helps
us reconcile us the why we are really angry and how we can release that
anger.
Ephesians 4:30-32 - Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you.
We can help...with His help.
