Kim’s desire is to equip parents with effective tools to provide a nurturing environment for growth within their families. She has worked with children

and families for more than 20 years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor with specialized training to address attachment issues. Kim is both relatable and practical in her presentation and uses real life examples to make the principles she teaches come to life.

A 3-part seminar series for parents or childcare providers of children under the age of 10 focused on effective communication and limit setting. Parents, teachers, and childcare

providers will learn strategies for building trust,responsibility, and self-control in their

children and enhance the joy of child care and parenting.

This seminar will include:

     •   Using play to increase behavioral cooperation
     •   Creating “special playtime” to meet hidden emotional needs
     •   Playful activities that promote attachment and increase emotional intelligence
