I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is relational and collaborative, grounded in a genuine love for connection, creativity, and hearing people’s stories. I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they move through life’s challenges.
In our work together, I draw from approaches like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and systems work—but more than anything, I focus on helping you make sense of your experiences and shift patterns that may no longer be serving you. My goal is to help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful, steady, and aligned with who you are.
I have a special place in my heart for individuals and families walking through chronic illness and grief. I’m especially passionate about working with those impacted by cancer—whether you’re navigating a diagnosis, supporting someone you love, or grieving a loss. These experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating, and I strive to offer a steady, compassionate presence as you process and find your footing.
I also work with clients navigating life transitions like divorce, trauma, and major changes, as well as parents in all stages of the journey. Whether you’re parenting on your own, co-parenting after a separation, or blending families, I understand how complex it can be. I aim to offer both emotional support and practical tools to help you manage the ups and downs, care for your kids, and take care of yourself along the way.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate. Before becoming a counselor, I was an elementary school teacher and later built a photography business, which deepened my appreciation for people’s stories and the moments that shape them. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M. Outside of work, I’m a mom to two boys and love dogs, baking, baseball, reading, and traveling. I’ve also recently taken up surfing—mostly as an excuse to spend more time near the ocean (and in a hammock).
