I know firsthand just how transformative counseling can be, and I am driven by the belief that profound empathy and insightful counsel can carry us through life’s stormiest seasons. To me, God’s healing in this world beautifully manifests through the safety and connection of a real, authentic therapeutic relationship. Stepping into someone else’s pain is a sacred responsibility- and it’s one I treat with the deepest respect and care.

My clinical approach is heavily rooted in a person-centered, eclectic framework, meaning I tailor my care to exactly what you need. I firmly believe that you are the true expert on your own life; my role is to help draw out your unique strengths, resilience, and insights. It is an absolute privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their paths toward healing and growth.

I bring a deep passion to my work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, identity discovery, grief, and trauma. I also love working with our younger generation! As a Level Two Theraplay trained professional, I bring specialized, engaging, and attachment-focused care to children and adolescents.

A proud Houston native through and through, I earned my Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston. There is nothing quite like getting to serve and uplift the people of my own hometown.

Outside of the counseling room, I love serving at my church, playing volleyball, enjoying movie nights, and maintaining my self-proclaimed title as a certified UNO champion. Above all, my life and my practice are anchored in my faith and love for the Lord.
