Madison Martinez

Hi! My name is Madison, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). I have a passion for walking alongside teens and adults as they navigate the challenges and transitions that come with different seasons of life. I believe counseling can provide a safe and supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and better understand yourself and the experiences that have shaped you. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship concerns, a major life transition, or simply feeling unsure of what comes next, my goal is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you through life’s challenges, and help you move toward healing, growth, and the purpose God has for your life.

My approach to counseling is primarily existential, meaning I enjoy helping clients explore questions of identity, purpose, relationships, choices, and what gives their lives meaning. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach based on each client's individual needs. Above all, I value developing a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel known, supported, and encouraged throughout the counseling process.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and my master's degree from Texas Woman's University. When I am not counseling, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our daughter, Mila. As a family, we love staying active, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, and spending quality time with our family and friends. I feel honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside others in their journey, and I look forward to creating a space where you feel encouraged, and hopeful for what lies ahead.
