Mastering Conflict in Relationships Workshop using The HEAR Process
The HEAR Process is a powerful communication tool that:
*Breaks through unresolved issues to provide healing & restoration
*Leads to understanding, forgiveness, and empathy
*Grows love in relationships
*Brings predictable, successful results
*Is easy to teach others
*Gives you confidence in handling the most difficult relationship issues.
Participants will learn to:
1) Address hurts successfully and effectively, promoting peace and reconciliation.
2) Express hurt and anger in a healthy, productive way that invites understanding and empathy.
3) Build intimacy in their relationship by learning how to express hurt and anger without destroying the love.
4) Change old, unproductive, hurtful patterns.
5) Stop repeating the same old arguments.
6) Increase confidence knowing how to lead any intimate relationship (couples, parent/child, siblings, friends) to overcome conflict and hurt without additional heartache.
Participants will see the HEAR Process demonstrated & get to practice the process.
