Hi I'm Reilly!
I am a counselor with a passion for walking alongside people as they heal from life’s most difficult experiences. Whether you’re navigating ongoing anxiety or depression, coping with a recent tragedy, or adjusting to a major life transition, my goal is to help you uncover resilience, build tools for lasting change, and find renewed hope. I believe counseling works best in a safe, collaborative space where you feel seen, understood, and free to process your emotions.
My clinical background includes years in a hospital setting, where I supported children, adolescents, young adults, and mothers through grief, trauma, postpartum transitions, medical crises, sudden loss, and foster/adoption challenges. While I have experience working with clients of all ages, I especially enjoy working with women navigating antepartum and postpartum transitions, as well as adolescents and young adults as they explore identity, relationships, and their unique path toward healing and growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am licensed in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My training and hands-on experience equip me to support a wide range of concerns — from acute crises to long-term healing work. I provide trauma-informed care through evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relational frameworks, and person-centered methods. As a Christian therapist, my faith deeply informs my worldview, but I respect and welcome clients of all beliefs and backgrounds.
Outside of therapy, I’m happiest when I’m in the mountains, exploring new places, or at a fun coffee shop. I deeply value community, so most of my free time is spent with my husband, family, and friends — whether we’re playing volleyball or pickleball or relaxing at home with our two sweet cats.
